They had a daughter named Galen. However, their marriage faced significant challenges. In January 2010, Hopper filed for divorce from Victoria Duffy, citing irreconcilable differences.

The divorce proceedings were ongoing at the time of Hopper’s death in May 2010, and it was reported that the couple was estranged.

Following Hopper’s passing, Victoria Duffy’s role in managing his estate and inheritance became a subject of legal disputes. The details of the divorce settlement and the distribution of assets between them remain private.

During their marriage, Victoria Duffy was involved in the entertainment industry, working as an actress and producer. She appeared in films such as “Alpha Dog” (2006) and “The Last Film Festival” (2016). Duffy also produced projects like “Phantom Love” (2007) and “American Federale” (2009).
