Bill Guyton was a rugby union player from New Zealand. Bill Guyton did not have any children at the time of his death.

Billy died suddenly on the 15th of May 2023, at the age of 33. His death was confirmed by the Tasman Rugby Union. However, details of his death have not been revealed.

Bill Guyton was a halfback for Tasman in the provinces.  Guyton had spent the previous three years with North Otago in the Heartland Championship, appearing in 29 games for the province.  He then relocated north to sign with the Tasman Mako ahead of the 2013 ITM Cup season.

Guyton, who belongs to the Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Pikiao, and Ngāti Raukawa iwi was named to the Mori All Blacks team for their end-of-year tour to the Northern Hemisphere in October 2016.  Billy Guyton also played fullback and wing for the New Zealand Heartland XV.

According to a Stuff article, Guyton announced his retirement from playing in 2018 as a result of concussion symptoms. The Tasman Union declared in 2022 that Guyton was employed by the women’s provincial team as an assistant coach.
