The pricey five-bedroom detached villa is located on Lagos state’s Banana Island, Ikoyi.
According to unsubstantiated claims, the mansion has since been listed for rent at a whopping $150k per year.

Banana Island is a man-made island in Lagos State, Nigeria, that is shaped like a banana.

Located in the Lagos Lagoon linked to Ikoyi Island by a dedicated road that connects to the current road network near Parkview Estate, Banana Island is one of the plush estates in Nigeria.
It is home to a lot of celebrities and influential people.
The island was built in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Electricity, Works, and Housing by the Lebanese-Nigerian Chagoury Group and is on par with Paris’s 7th arrondissement, La Jolla, California (near San Diego), and Tokyo’s Shibuya and Roppongi neighborhoods.
Davido’s decision to leave his Banana Island estate is most likely motivated by the death of his son Ifeanyi, who died in the mansion’s swimming pool.
