Stefflon Don, the ex-girlfriend of Nigerian singer Burna Boy, has explained why she has a “no breakfast policy.”

This occurred during a recent red-carpet interview when she was asked if she brushed her teeth before or after breakfast.
To the amazement of the interviewer, Stefflon Don stated that she does not eat breakfast at all.
Furthermore, Stefflon Don stated that she does not believe the conventional belief that breakfast is the most essential meal of the day.
She went on to urge other girls her size to eat later in the day to aid them in their weight loss efforts.
She said:
“I don’t even have breakfast. I’m gonna let you in on a trick, I mean you don’t need it because you are slim. But for the girls that are thick out there and wanna lose a little bit of weight, don’t eat breakfast, eat later, eat about one O’clock. It helps to keep the weight off.”
The public’s reception to Stefflon’s weight loss advice has been divided.
While some individuals agree with her approach to weight loss, others are concerned that her advice may not be good for everyone.
