Dushy van der Sloot is the daughter of Joran Andreas Petrus van der Sloot, a Dutch convicted killer most known for the 2010 murder of Stephany Flores Ramrez in Lima, Peru. Dushy’s father is also a main suspect in Natalee Holloway’s 2005 disappearance.

Dushy was born on September 28, 2014, and is now eight years old.

There is no more information available on Joran’s daughter.

Born on 6 August 1987, Van der Sloot escaped to Chile following the murder of Flores on 30 May 2010 — five years to the day after Holloway’s abduction — and was captured and deported back to Peru for questioning about the murder.

On June 7, 2010, he admitted to bludgeoning Flores.

He later attempted to legally revoke his confession, claiming that the Peruvian police had intimidated him and that he had been framed by the FBI.

On June 25, 2010, a Peruvian judge concluded that the confession was legitimate, and on January 13, 2012, Van der Sloot was sentenced to 28 years in jail for Flores’ murder.

In January 2023, he was sentenced to an extra 18 years in jail for cocaine trafficking.

Van der Sloot became the leading suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, an 18-year-old American who went missing on the island on May 30, 2005, while living in Aruba five years ago.

Both the Holloway and Flores cases received extensive media coverage; Time magazine named Van der Sloot’s arrest the top crime story of 2010.
