Trevor Zegras, on the other hand, is a professional ice hockey center from New York who plays for the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League. During his tenure with the Winged Beavers from 2016 to 2017, Trevor Zegras recorded 18 goals and 24 assists for 42 points.

As a sophomore at Avon Old Farms, Trevor Zegras attended the USA Hockey National Team Development Program’s (USNTDP) Top 40 tryout and qualified for the team.
On February 5, 2021, Trevor Zegras made his professional debut with San Diego Gulls and had one goal and two assists in a 4–1 win over the Bakersfield Condors. Trevor Zegras made his NHL debut against the Arizona Coyotes on February 22, 2021.
Trevor Zegras was named World Juniors MVP after scoring 7 goals and recording 11 assists during the 2021 IIHF World Junior Championships, which he also led in scoring.
