Is Harold Reynolds in the Hall of Fame?

Harold Craig Reynolds is a former professional baseball player and current television sports commentator from the United States.

Harold Reynolds is not currently in the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. Despite his impressive career,  he did not receive enough votes from the Baseball Writers’ Association of America (BBWAA) to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

In fact, Reynolds fell off the BBWAA ballot after only one year of eligibility in 2001. Harold Reynolds is next eligible for the Hall of Fame via the Contemporary Baseball Era Committee in 2023

However, He was inducted into the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame in 1998 and on June 1, 2013, Reynolds was inducted into the Cañada College Hall of Fame and was presented with the “Colts Lifetime Achievement Award”.

From 1983 to 1994, he was a second baseman in Major League Baseball, most notably with the Seattle Mariners, where he was a two-time All-Star and three-time Gold Glove Award winner.

Reynolds was awarded the prestigious Roberto Clemente Award in 1991. Following his playing career, he went on to become a four-time Emmy Award-winning television baseball analyst for the MLB Network and Fox Sports.
