India Ria Amarteifio began her career on the West End as a child actress. In 2011, Amarteifio made her West End debut as the young Nala in The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre. She then played Hortensia in Matilda the Musical at the Cambridge Theatre.
In 2015, Amarteifio appeared in the BBC One miniseries The Interceptor and guest starred in the Doctor Who series 9 episode “The Magician’s Apprentice,” and began starring as Lacie Fairburn in the Disney Channel series The Evermoor Chronicles.
