What is Maria Menounos doing now?

American entertainment personality, Maria Menounos has shared in an interview that she has been battling several health-related issues over the past year.

Therefore, it is believed that she is currently not as active in the industry as she was before.

Menounos revealed that she was diagnosed with stage 2 pancreatic cancer and also had to undergo surgery to remove a 3.9 cm tumor, which was very successful.

“I need people to know there are places they can go to catch things early,” she said. “You can’t let fear get in the way. I had that moment where I thought I was a goner, but I’m okay because I caught this early enough.”

She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, but when the pain got intense, she agreed to do a whole-body MRI scan.

“This whole year has been trauma, stress, crisis. There was a minute when we were planning something, and then it became too much. I thought, ‘I just need to heal,” she said.
