Akiem Jamar Hicks is an American football defensive end who is a free agent who has also played for the New England Patriots and Chicago Bears.

Akiem Hicks was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft. On September 10, 2017,  against the Atlanta Falcons in the season opener at Soldier Field, Hicks had two sacks in the 23–17 loss.[
