Chuck Blackburn is Blackburn’s husband. They have two kids and reside in Brentwood, a Nashville suburb in Williamson County. She is an Episcopalian.

Blackburn largely backed President Donald Trump’s policies,  including a U.S.–Mexico border wall, and shared his opinion of National Football League national anthem protests.
