Up-and-coming American rapper, Ice Spice made her debut appearance at the Met Gala event this year 2023. She wore her trademark ginger-colored hair with a Balmain gown.

She also had a bedazzled vintage camera and shared that she was forward to all of the photos she would take.
“I’m just so grateful, I’m so happy to be here. You know, I was like really nervous approaching the carpet. And once I heard everybody screaming, I felt better,” she said.

Ice Spice started her career in 2021 while she was still a college student. Her first song was Bully Freestyle which was released in March of that year.
On August 10, 2022, she released her second song Munch (Feelin’ U’) which became her breakthrough song as it went viral on TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram. Her popularity became wider after Drake played her viral song on his SiriusXM radio station, Sound 42.
Munch (Feelin’ U) debuted on Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Sings and Bubbling Under Hot 100 charts. She also featured on the song One Time by B-Lovee in September 2022.
