Jock Zonfrillo Wife: Meet Lauren Fried

Lauren Fried was the wife of Jock Zonfrillo a Scottish chef and television host based in Melbourne, Australia.

The couple got married on January 1, 2017, after meeting on Twitter on October 2014. They share two children together, six-year-old Alfie, and two-year-old daughter Isla.

Lauren Fried is an accomplished business consultant, marketing strategist, and restaurateur. Lauren is the founder and managing director of Pulse Collective, an award-winning marketing strategy firm.

Lauren is a regular panellist on ABC’s hit show Gruen, where she delivers straight-shooting and valuable insights on marketing and consumerism to a wide audience. She was recently named one of Australia’s 50 influential women entrepreneurs.

Lauren Fried has appeared on Channel 7 News and The Project, as well as in numerous national publications such as The Financial Review, The Australian, The Huffington Post, Boss Magazine, and My Business Magazine.

Jock Zonfrillo died on April 30 in Melbourne at the age of 46. No cause of death was disclosed.

His family confirmed his death on Monday, May 1 2023, saying “our irreplaceable husband, father, brother, son and friend” died on Sunday in Melbourne.

“With completely shattered hearts and without knowing how we can possibly move through life without him, we are devastated to share that Jock passed away yesterday,” Zonfrillo’s family said in a statement.
