Lindsay Lohan Siblings: Meet Aliana Lohan, Ashley Kaufmann, Cody Lohan, Michael Lohan Jr.

Lindsay Lohan has four siblings. She is the sister of Aliana Lohan, Ashley Kaufmann, Cody Lohan, and Michael Lohan Jr.

Lindsay Lohan has a half-sister named Ashley Horn who was born to Michael Jr. and Kristi Kauffman. Her three younger siblings have been models or actors. Lindsay’s brother Michael Jr appeared with Lohan in The Parent Trap.

Michael Jr was born on December 16, 1987, and did some modeling with Ford Models as a child. He went on to earn a degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College in 2010.

Lindsay’s younger sister Aliana (or Ali) was born on December 22, 1993. Dakota Lohan, aka Cody, was born on June 16, 1996. He became a model and signed on to IMG Models with his mom as a manager.

In February 2023, Lindsay Lohan’s sister Ali and brother Dakota walked in Christian Siriano‘s New York Fashion Week show.

Lindsay Dee Lohan was born on July 2, 1986,  in The Bronx, New York.  After signing a multi-picture deal with Netflix, Lohan starred in the romantic comedy Falling for Christmas (2022).
