Joe Perry is an English professional snooker player who was born on August 13, 1974, in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, England. He turned professional in 1992 and has been a mainstay on the professional circuit ever since.

His first ranking final came at the 2001 European Open and he had to wait another 13 years for a second which came at the 2014 Wuxi Classic.
