One of the most anticipated action thriller tv series, Citadel, has finally been released. The series is about a global spy agency called Citadel, that has fallen, and the memories of its agents have been erased.

Another powerful crime syndicate, Manticore, made up of the richest families in the world, is on course to burn Citadel to the ground by killing almost all their agents worldwide.
So far, just two episodes have been released. Four episodes are set to be released in season 1. However, executives of the series announced in March 2023 that it will have a second season.

A few spinoffs in the Italian Alps, India, Spain, Mexico, and other different languages, have also been scheduled for the series. The Indian spin-off will be directed by Raj & DK and star Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. This makes it one of the earliest decisions ever made about a tv series.

Some movie fans have shared that Citadel tv series is a cliché as movies like The Bourne Identity, The Long Kiss Goodnight, American Ultra, and more. The storyline is not that extra but real movie fans still love it.
