American sci-fi action tv series, Citadel has finally been released. Just two episodes have been released so far. Four episodes are set to be released in season 1. However, executives of the series announced in March 2023 that it will have a second season.

According to reports, the series will include a few spinoffs set in the Italian Alps, India, Spain, Mexico, and other different languages. The Indian spin-off will be directed by Raj & DK and star Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
Citadel Italia will also be co-produced by Cattleya, part of ITV Studios. Season 1 of the show stars several popular acts including Richard Madden (Mason Kane), Priyanka Chopra (Nadia Sinh), Stanley Tucci (Bernard Orlick), and more.

The newly released series is about a global spy agency called Citadel, that has fallen, and the memories of its agents have been erased. Another powerful crime syndicate, Manticore, made up of the richest families in the world, is on course to burn Citadel to the ground by killing almost all their agents worldwide.
