How many languages does Matthew Bergeron speak?

Matthew Bergeron, who is set to be an NFL player, speaks two languages; English and French. According to sources, he grew up as a native French speaker but learned English in school.

Considering that he is a Canadian national born in  Quebec, it is understandable that he is able to speak both English and French fluently.

Born on February 26, 2000, Matthew Bergeron started his career in high school. He attended Cegep de Thetford and played for their gridiron football team before going to college.

He attended Syracuse University, and as a freshman, he played in all 12 college games with five starts at right tackle. He also started all 11 of the Orange’s games during his sophomore season.

He has fought his way through up the sport and is gradually set to becoming an NFL player.

“A college tackle who could be best playing inside at guard, Bergeron is evenly proportioned and wears his weight well on a compact frame. He’s a dynamic run blocker, able to excel in all three phases – positioning, sustain, and finish. He’s just as capable of climbing and tagging second-level linebackers as he is at opening run lanes at the point of attack with leg drive,” NFL Analyst Lance Zierlein said.
