How did Juno Temple get famous?

English actress, Juno Temple has starred in several movies, however, her breakthrough film was her role in the 2007 film, Atonement.

She began her career as a child actress who debuted her role in Vigo: Passion of Life (1997). She also starred in Pandaemonium, a 2000 film that was directed by her father.

She also bagged several roles as a child actress in many films such as Notes on a Scandal (2006), Atonement (2007), Year One, Cracks, St. Trinian’s, St. Trinian’s 2: The Legend of Fritton’s Gold, Wild Child, The Other Boleyn Girl. 

In 2012, she starred as a Street-smart Gotham girl in The Dark Knight Rises and also played the role of Diane in the lesbian werewolf tale Jack & Diane. 

She has won three awards in her career; the British Academy Film Awards (2013), Prague Independent Film Festival (2020), and Satellite Awards (2023).

Temple also starred alongside Johnny Depp in the 2015 true-crime movie, Black Mass, and 2016’s Vinyl series by HBO. In 2022, she appeared in the Paramount+ miniseries, The Offer.
