American director and writer, Quentin Tarantino has shared that he will stop directing films after his 10th solo film which is set to be released in 2023 dubbed The Movie Critic.

“I’ve been doing it all for a long time. I’ve been doing it for 30 years, and it’s. it’s time to wrap the show. Like I said I’m an entertainer. I want to leave you wanting more you know, and not just work and I don’t want to work to diminishing returns. I don’t want to be… one, I don’t want to become this old man who’s out of touch, when already I’m feeling a bit like an old man out of touch when it comes to the current movies that are out right now. And that’s what happens,” he shared.

Born March 27, 1963, Quentin Tarantino started his career in the early ’80s as an usher at an adult movie theatre called Pussycat Theatre located in Torrance.

He co-wrote Love Birds In Bondage with Scott Magill before working at Video Archives. Unfortunately, Magill committed suicide in 1987 and Tarantino went on to produce and direct the film.
The director made his breakthrough in the ’90s after he wrote and directed the 1992 crime thriller movie Reservoir Dogs. He also starred in the film as Mr. Brown. It was an immediate hit after it was screened at the Sundance Film Festival.
His success continued through to the 2000s. He wrote and directed Kill Bill. He shared that the movie’s lead actress Uma Thurman was developed during the making of Pulp Fiction. He is set to release a new movie dubbed The Movie Critic.
