Scottish politician, Colin Beattie’s real net worth is not known yet, however, it is believed that he has an estimated net worth of around 5 million GBP.

He worked an as international banker across the Middle East and Asia for over two decades, and has been the Member of Scottish Parliament for the Midlothian North and Musselburgh constituency since 2011.
However, his wealth has been questioned for quite a good number of years as he has been under investigation by the police in matters relating to the finances of the Scottish National Party, where he serves as the Treasurer.

Beattie was arrested by the police on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
“A 71-year-old man has today, Tuesday, 18 April 2023, been arrested as a suspect in connection with the ongoing investigation into the funding and finances of the Scottish National Party. The man is in custody and is being questioned by Police Scotland Detectives. A report will be sent to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service,” an official statement from the police read.
