Steven Yeun Wife: Meet Joana Pak

Joana Park is a photographer and the wife of Steven Yeun a South Korean-born American actor and producer

The couple met through a mutual friend in Chicago and reconnected a year later during a chance encounter.

“She walked into the bar where I was working as a really shitty barman, and it was kismet,” the Nope actor told Martha Stewart Weddings. “After that, I saw her every day for the next six months.”

After dating long distance while Yeun was filming The Walking Dead, the couple got engaged in August 2015. The couple got married in December 2016. They live together in Los Angeles and have had two children together.

Since their marriage, the couple has kept their relationship relatively private, though Pak frequently joins Yeun on red carpets and occasionally helps him prepare for his roles.

Joan Park studied at Columbia College. She has shared glimpses of her work on her Flickr account, including candid shots of her husband. Like her husband, Pak isn’t very active on social media, with only one post on her Instagram account.
