Trinity Thomas Parents: Meet Titania and Tisen Thomas

Trinity Thomas is an American artistic gymnast who is currently a member of the Florida Gators women’s gymnastics team.

She is the daughter of Titania and Tisen Thomas. Tisen, her father, was a wide receiver for the Penn State Nittany Lions football team a graduate from 1993.

Trinity Thomas has four siblings; Tesia, a former gymnast, volleyball player and swimmer now competing in track and field at Penn State, University Park.  Taleyn, a gymnast, diver and pole vaulter, Tristen, a gymnast and swimmer and Tayvon, an offensive and defensive football player and swimmer.

Trinity Thomas began gymnastics training in 2008, at the age of 7  a relatively late start for an elite-level gymnast. Trinity Thomas joined the University of Florida gymnastics team where she continued to excel and make a name for herself in the gymnastics world.

Throughout her college career, Thomas achieved numerous accolades and accomplishments, including being named the 2020 SEC Gymnast of the Year, earning All-American honours on all four apparatuses, and leading the Florida Gators to the NCAA Championships in 2019 and 2021.

In addition, Thomas has set numerous school and NCAA records, including the highest all-around score in Florida history with a 39.900.
