Arnold Allen was born 22 January 1994 and is an English professional mixed martial artist.

He currently competes in the Featherweight division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). As of November 8, 2022, he is #4 in the UFC featherweight rankings.

Born and raised in Suffolk, Allen began training in mixed martial arts as a teenager and took part in several amateur fights before turning professional in 2012.

He made his professional debut competing as a featherweight for various regional promotions across Great Britain, including a stint in Cage Warriors. He was able to compile a record of 9–1 in his first three years along the way.

Allen has an amateur MMA record of 1-2 and a professional slate of 1-1.

Prior to his short-lived career in the cage, Pacer Allen was a traveling strongman.

Arnold Allen was inspired to pursue a career in MMA after his father showed him videos of fights. The former strongman regularly appears in YouTube videos posted by the No. 6-ranked UFC featherweight.

In his last MMA fight, Pacer finished John Demmel via TKO in the first round. After the win, Arnold Allen can be seen running into the cage and embracing his father.
