Brea Beal Parents: Meet Kevin Beal and Nicole Adamson.

Breanna Beal is an American basketball player for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA.

Brea Beal was born on November 8, 2000, to Kevin Beal and Nicole Adamson. She grew up training for basketball under the tutelage of her father, who played basketball.

Brea Beal’s father Kevin was named first-team All-South Coast Conference in his freshman and sophomore seasons in high school.  He helped lead LBCC to a state championship and the South Coast Conference title in 1994.

Kevin graduated from Long Beach as the all-time leading scorer with 1,480 points. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas-El Paso before transferring to the Continental Basketball Association, International Basketball Association, and Southwestern Basketball Association to play professionally.

Baker Beal, Bakari Beal, and Bayron Beal are Brea Beal’s three younger brothers. Her childhood was spent with her brothers. Baker, like Brea, attends Fort Scott Community College and plays basketball. On August 1, 2022, he joined Fort Scott.

Beal attended Rock Island High School in her hometown of Rock Island, Illinois. She was the only freshman on the team her freshman year and averaged 16.7 points and 6.8 rebounds per game, helping Rock Island to a 29-4 record.
