Jacques Haitkin Children: Meet Zak Haitkin and Harry Haitkin

Zak Haitkin and Harry Haitkin are the children of American cinematographer, Jacques Haitkin. It is known that they were mothered by the late assistant camera operator, Ann Coffey, who died of colon cancer in 2013.

They are also the cousin of movie producer, Meri Haitkin. Information about their ages, professions, spouses, children, and more is unknown.

What did Zak Haitkin say about his father’s death?

According to reports, Zak Haitkin was the one who broke the news of his father’s death to the media. He shared that his father died in San Francisco on March 21, 2023.

“He always said he never worked a day in his life because he loved his job so much,” he said.

Adding that, he died after battling ALS and leukemia for years. He was diagnosed with ALS in 2017.  According to his family, he died on March 21, 2023, in San Francisco. He was 72 years old.

Many people on social media have expressed their condolences after the news of his death.

Jacques worked on several popular movies in his career; most of which raked in a good amount of money at the box office. He manned the camera and did second-unit work on three of the Fast & Furious franchise, two Captain America movies, Cherry 2000, Last Man Standing (1995), The Expendables (2010), X-Men: First Class, Kong: Skull Island, Black Panther, Venom, and more.
