Oli London started gaining media attention after he appeared in a 2018 episode of the Barcroft TV documentary series Hooked On The Look, which showed his multi-surgery process.

In 2013, Oli London arrived in Seoul to teach English for a year and became interested in South Korea. The same year, London began having surgeries designed to make his face resemble Jimin.

In 2020, Oli London released a Christmas song called “Christmas in Korea”. Oli London is of white British descent, however, he identifies as South Korean.
