He started his career by working for his dad’s company, Trammell Crow Houston Industrial as a Leasing Agent. He worked from 1974 to 1978. He also managed the company’s Dallas Office Building development operations from 1978 to 1986.
In 1986, he served as the President of Wyndham Hotel Company. He assumed the role of Chairman and CEO of Crow Holdings in 1988.
