Richard Mell: Who is Rod Blagojevich father in law?

American politician Richard F. “Dick” Mell was born on May 5, 1938.

He served in the Chicago City Council as a Democrat from 1975 until 2013. Once he retired in 2013, his daughter Deb Mell took over.

Mell was raised in Muskegon, Michigan, and went to high school and college there.

Patricia, Deborah, and Richard Mell are the three kids that Dick and Marge Mell had.
