Patricia Mell “Patti” Blagojevich Mell, was born on April 9, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. Patricia is the daughter of former Chicago alderman Richard Mell. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
Patricia Blagojevich’s husband, Rod Blagojevich served as an Illinois state representative from 1993 to 1997, and the U.S. representative from Illinois’s 5th district from 1997 to 2003.
