Coslough Johnson Cause of Death

American writer and producer, Coslough Johnson has been reported dead at the age of 91. He died on March 23, 2023, but his death made the news on April 1, 1023.  According to sources, he died of prostate cancer at a nursing facility in the Thousand Oaks area.

He worked on several sitcoms including That Girl, The Monkees, Bewitched, The Partridge Family, Good Times, Flor, Operation Petticoat, and more.

He also worked on several cartoons including Might Mouse, The Flintstones, Voltron and He-Man, and Heckle and Jeckle.

Johnson was the writer of the first three seasons Laugh-In on NBC from 1968 to 1970. He was also the writer of the final three seasons of The Sonny & Cher Hour from 1971 to 1974, as well as its lone season in 1976/77, and the last two seasons of The Sonny and Cher Show on CBS.

He was also the co-writer of Bunny O’Hare which was released in 1971 starring Bette Davis and Ernest Borgnine. He also wrote children’s book, American Rabbit The Case of the Missing Moose.
