Is Jorge Soler out for the season?
Due to pelvis and back problems, the 30-year-old was only able to play in 72 games in his debut season in Miami, but as spring training gets underway, he seems to be in excellent health.
The issue has plagued the 30-year-old Soler, a World Series hero for the Braves last season, since July.
Soler was placed on the 10-day injured list by the Marlins on July 23 due to back spasms, and he was given the all-clear last week to begin his rehabilitation by working out on the field. But Soler won’t have much time left to make a comeback with less than a month left.
According to Baseball Reference, he participated in 72 games during the season, hitting.207 with a.695 OPS and a park-adjusted OPS+ of 94, which was below league average. In his 306 at-bats, he hit 13 home runs.
What number was Jorge Soler with Braves?
He wore the number 12 for the braves.
