Scottish tv presenter and journalist, Lorraine Kelly has lost 1.5st over the last couple of years. She now weighs 10st 3lbs.

When asked how she was able to lose so much weight, she shared that she had to forgo so many things to be able to achieve that. According to her, she had to manage her diet during the lockdown season.

She shared that during this same 2021 lockdown, she had gone from size 10 to 14, and she was not so happy about it. Therefore, she collaborated with a dieting company so she can work actively on her diet.

The WW program has helped me create and stick to healthy habits. This app helps me track what I’m eating, how much sleep I’m getting, and what exercise I’m doing, as well as making sure I drink enough water and gives me lots of delicious recipes to cook – or at least try,” she shared.

Suzie Stirling, who is her WW coach also shared that they managed to make Kelly enjoy the things she likes without putting on too much weight.

There is no such thing as good or bad food and nothing is off limits on the WW programme. Lorraine loves chocolate and had gotten into the habit of eating lots of it before bed. She didn’t want to give it up for good, so now she has a big bowl of fruit, such as berries, melon, and mango, which she dups into a little pot of Weight Watchers Chocolate Spread,” she also said.
