Kevin Youkilis began his career with the Red Sox, making his debut in 2004. He quickly established himself as a key contributor to the team, playing a crucial role in the Red Sox’s World Series championship that season.

Over the course of his eight seasons with the team, Youkilis was a three-time All-Star and won a Gold Glove award in 2007. He also helped the team win another World Series championship in 2007.

In 2012, Youkilis was traded to the Chicago White Sox in the middle of the season. He played for the White Sox for just 80 games before being traded again, this time to the New York Yankees.
Kevin Youkilis played in just 28 games for the Yankees before suffering a season-ending injury, effectively ending his tenure with the team.
Kevin Youkilis then signed a one-year deal with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles of the Japanese Pacific League for the 2014 season, before retiring from baseball at the end of the year.
