How is Kevin Youkilis related to Tom Brady?

Kevin Youkilis and Tom Brady are not related by blood. However, Youkilis happens to be Tom Brady’s brother-in-law and is married to Tom’s sister, Julie Brady.

Youkilis is a former Major League Baseball player who spent the majority of his career with the Boston Red Sox, while Brady is a former National Football League quarterback who spent 20 seasons with the New England Patriots.

Kevin Youkilis and Brady have also been close friends for many years, often seen together at various sporting events and social gatherings.

Kevin Youkilis told the YES Network in 2013 that he has a great relationship with Tom Brady.

“Well, I can say I’m his only brother right now, so that’s a cool thing. We always joke about that: the brother you always wanted, and I’m like, ‘I don’t know if you wanted me as a brother, but you didn’t have a choice in this matter now.’ He’s great. It’s pretty fun,” he told YES.

Kevin Youkilis was a regular at Patriots games during Brady’s tenure with the team, often seen sitting in a luxury box with the quarterback’s family.
