American singer and songwriter, Lana Del Rey has quite a long list when it comes to people she has been involved with romantically.

Lana Del Rey started dating Scottish singer and songwriter, Barrie-James in 2011. They even started songs together when they were dating.
“When I met my boyfriend… we always say that the entire time we were writing for each other, but we didn’t know it until we met each other. So, you feel like even though you don’t know the person then all the songs are for them now,” she said.
They went their separate ways in 2014.
“We are currently not together. He is a wonderful person. But there are some things he has to deal with. I will not explain in details,” she shared in an interview in 2014.
Francesco Carrozini
Although Lana did not publicly confirm her relationship with Carrozini, she was spotted on several occasions with him in 2015. Carrozini is the son of Vogue Italia’s editor-in-chief, Franca Carrozini. Their ‘relationship’ lasted from January to September 2015.

G-Eazy
Also, G-Eazy nor Lana did not confirm they were having an affair but fans inferred that there was a romantic relationship at play. This happened in 2017. In 2020, G-Eazy released a son claiming that Lana wanted him back.
“I known a Keisha and I know Lana/ They try to get me back, but I’m like ‘No, Nah, nah,” he said in the song.
Sean Larkin
In September 2019, Lana was linked with police officer, Sean Larkin. Even though their relationship was blissful, it ended sadly in March 2020.
Clayton Johnson
Lana Del Rey and Clayton Johnson reportedly met on a dating app in 2020. They both confirm the relationship in August 2020 but it ended a couple of months later. It is still unclear when it actually ended.
Jack Donoghue
Lana Del Rey and Jack Donoghue’s relationship rumors started trending in 2022, however, none of them came out to confirm these rumors. It is unsure if they actually dated or not.

Lana Del Rey has been recently (March 2023) linked to managing partner, Evan Winiker. It has not been confirmed by either party yet.
