DC Comics character, Clayface was a normal person who was a Treasure Hunter by profession. He found a mysterious radioactive pool in a protoplasm cave. He immersed himself in it by accident and transformed it into a malleable clay-like form that could be shaped into almost everything and every item he wanted. He gained other abilities and became entirely clay.

Why Did Clayface Become Evil?

In 2004, Ethan Bennett played Clayface as a major antagonist in The Batman. However, he started off as a protagonist who was Bruce Wayne’s friend. He became a villain when he inhaled a putty made by the Joker. Fortunately, he redeemed himself later.

Can Clayface be defeated?

How can Clayface be defeated? Clayface can be defeated because he is vulnerable to water. Because he is made of a clay-like substance, exposure to water and water-based substances makes him start breaking down its ability to bond. Also, if he performs crank of punches, his hands can also crack and destroy him in the process.
