On July 16, 2019, the couple exchanged wedding vows and tied the knot. Their love story, however, dates back to 2012, and they have been together for nearly a decade.

They dated for a while before taking a big step in their lives. The couple held a small wedding ceremony and only invited close friends and family members.

On their wedding day, the two were the best-dressed guests at their respective weddings. Ryan also wore a slim-fit blue-grey three-piece suit. According to OnTrend, Breanne looked stunning in a white lace Mermaid gown.

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins made his NHL debut in the 2011-12 season and immediately made an impact for the Oilers, scoring 52 points in his rookie year.

Nugent-Hopkins has also represented Canada in international competition, winning a gold medal at the 2010 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament and a silver medal at the 2011 IIHF World Junior Championships. He was also a member of the Canadian team that won the 2015 IIHF World Championships.
