Madhuri Dixit Children: Meet Arin Nene, Ryan Nene

Madhuri Dixit is an Indian actress. Madhuri Dixit and her husband Shriram Nene have two sons, Arin and Ryan.

Dixit gave birth to a son, Arin, on March 17, 2003. She had another son, Ryan, two years later, on March 8, 2005.  She called motherhood “amazing,” adding that her children kept “the child in her alive.”

Madhuri Dixit’s older son Arin is currently studying at the University of Southern California. Arin and Ryan Nene prefer to stay out of the spotlight.

Madhuri Dixit stated in an interview that she raised her children in a very normal manner and has always taught them that their actions determine who they are.

In the interview, Madhuri Dixit also stated that her celebrity has had no effect on her children, Ryan and Arin and that they are unconcerned about it.

“My fame has never touched them and they are very nonchalant about it. Through friends, they sometimes feel like, you know, they say ‘oh, who’s your mom? What’s her name?’ and if he says ‘my mom is my mom’ they say ‘oh, we know she is Madhuri Dixit and you’re so lucky to have her’. So he’s like, ‘Mom, you’re just my mom.’ They are good people and that’s what I want them to be.”
