Paige Bueckers’ father, Bob Bueckers, is a software engineer who played high school basketball as a point guard. Her mother, Amy Fuller Dettbarn represented the University of St. Thomas in cross country and track and field.

Amy Dettbarn and Bob Bueckers are no longer together. When Paige Bueckers was three years old, her parents divorced. The former remained with her father while Amy remarried, relocating to Billings, Montana.

Paige Bueckers is an American college basketball player for the UConn Huskies of the Big East Conference. She became the 11th number-one recruit to sign and attend UConn since 1998.
Paige Bueckers was the youngest member of the senior national team at the 2019 World Beach Games in Doha, Qatar.
As a sophomore, Paige Bueckers averaged 14.6 points, four rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game. Paige was the first freshman to win the Nancy Lieberman Award as the top point guard in the nation.
