Lisa Bluder was introduced as the Hawkeyes’ fifth head coach in front of a packed press room in Carver-Hawkeye Arena alongside her husband David and daughter Hannah on April 7, 2000.

Lisa Bluder has been with Iowa for 22 years now. Under Lisa Bluder’s direction, the Hawkeyes have advanced to 16 postseason appearances (12 NCAA and four WNIT) in 17 seasons.
