Monika Czinano and Maggie Czinano are related and have familial times. They are sisters with the same parents.

Maggie is a freshman at Minnesota for the Gophers women’s basketball team. During her sophomore year, she averaged 4.9 points and 3.7 rebounds while playing 17.9 minutes per game.
Monika Czinano plays for the Iowa Hawkeyes of the Big Ten Conference where she plays both the power forward and center positions.

At Watertown Mayer High, Monika Czinano was a three-time all-conference honoree (2016, 2017, 2018) and an All-section selection by Breakdown Sports Media in 2017 and 2018.

Monika Czinano scored a total of 578 points which ranked No. 2 in the Big Ten Conference behind teammate Caitlin Clark in the 2020-21 season.
Monika Czinano was also named to the Lisa Leslie Watch List and Naismith Women’s Player of the Year Midseason Team and ranks 13th all-time career rebounds with 773 rebounds.
Monika Czinano achieved a major milestone during her senior season at Iowa, becoming the fifth Hawkeye to surpass 2,000 career points.
