Louisiana native, Moreau is an American former football player who played for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football Leagues.
Grew up in New Orleans, Moreau graduated from Jesuit High School, where he played high school football. He finished his high school career with 87 catches for 1,210 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Following high school, Moreau played collegiate football at Louisiana State University.

After passing through his freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior season, Moreau was selected in the fourth round with the 137th overall pick by the Las Vegas Raiders in the 2019 NFL Draft.
He made his NFL debut on September 9, 2019, in a game against the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football, making two receptions for 20 yards.
Moreau has played 4 seasons for the Raiders. He has 91 catches for 1107 yards and has scored 12 touchdowns.
On Wednesday, March 22, 2023, Moreau announced he has been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and is stepping away from football to fight the condition.
