Jeff Carter proposed to Megan Keffer, his longtime girlfriend, just days after winning his second Stanley Cup in 2014. On July 7, 2014, the couple married in front of their friends and family. Following that, the two lovebirds were blessed with two beautiful children.

Caden Jeffrey Carter, his son, was born on November 1, 2016. Then, on November 12, 2017, he gave birth to his daughter, Emersyn Elizabeth Carter.

Megan Keffer, the lovely wife of Jeff Carter works as a Communications Specialist, Business Analyst, and Photographer. She has a BA in Communications and a BS in Computer Science.

Megan and her husband, Jeff Carter, have been involved in animal rescue and advocacy for the majority of their time in the South Bay, beginning with Megan’s early volunteer work with the shelter and rescue organisation NKLA (No-Kill Los Angeles).

Their involvement with Wags & Walks began in 2013 when the company was still in its infancy and operating out of founder Lesley Brog’s garage in West Los Angeles. Wags & Walks has saved over 4,000 dogs to date, a statistic they proudly display on their homepage.
