He is currently playing for the Pittsburgh Penguins, where he was traded in April 2021. Since joining the Penguins, Carter has been a valuable addition to the team, scoring several goals and providing leadership on the ice.

Jeff Carter has played in over 1,100 regular season games in his NHL career and has accumulated over 400 goals and 400 assists, making him one of the most prolific scorers in the league.

During his under-20 career, he was named to back-to-back Tournament All-Star Teams and tied for Canada’s all-time leading scorer at the World Juniors. He also represented Canada at the IIHF World Championship in 2006.

Jeff Carter won a gold medal while representing Canada at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
