Dick Van Dyke Injured in single-car accident in California

Dick Van Dyke, a legendary TV star, was reportedly injured after crashing his Lexus in Malibu after losing control of the wheel on March 22, 2023.

According to TMZ, Dick Van Dyke’s car skidded in wet weather conditions before crashing into a gate on Wednesday morning. He was left with a bloody nose and mouth, as well as a possible concussion, as a result of the ordeal.

Police arrived on the scene to find the Hollywood veteran driving his Lexus LS 500, according to TMZ. Paramedics treated him at the scene.

According to reports, Van Dyke was not taken to the hospital but was instead picked up by a friend who drove him home.

The police are said to have submitted paperwork to the DMV requesting that the “Mary Poppins” star retake his driving test. According to the outlet, officers stated that drugs and alcohol were not involved in the crash.
