Who Is Olivia Scott Welch?

Olivia Scott Welch is a popular actress known for appearing as Samantha “Sam” Fraser in the Netflix horror film trilogy Fear Street.

Born in Texas, on February 11, 1998, Welch began taking acting classes from age 11.  While in high school, Welch played roles in the series Agent Carter and Modern Family.

She later moved to California to pursue a professional acting career. In 2019, she played lead character Sam Fraser in the three parts of the film Fear Street.

Welch went on to star in the TV series Panic, acting as Heather Nill. The series was an adaptation of the novel “Panic” written by Lauren Oliver.

In 2021, Welch was also cast as lead character Detective Lilly in the horror fiction film The Blue Rose.

The film follows the story of two young detectives investigating a case of homicide, but find themselves in another world of horror.

So far, Welch has appeared only in Fear Street, Modern Family, Unbelievable, Panic, and Marvel’s Agent Carter.
