Diplo was accused of recording and distributing sexually explicit videos of her without her consent, and knowingly infecting her with chlamydia.

The accusations were made by an unnamed 25-year-old woman with the Los Angeles Police Department in October 2020.

In the complaint, the woman also told police that Diplo raped her in his Las Vegas hotel room after a concert in July 2019, although no charges were filed.

Diplo won the ruling against the woman. Diplo demanded an arbitration hearing against the woman and accused her of violating a dual restraining order agreement that the pair signed in January 2021.

Diplo has also filed lawsuits against each other. Diplo, in his lawsuit, accused the woman of stalking, trespassing, and sharing unauthorized nude photos on social media, as well as with Diplo’s friends and family.

The unnamed woman later dropped her lawsuit, stating through her attorney, “No payment was offered or requested. I regret filing the lawsuit.”
