Stephen Moye is an English film and television who is married to Canadian-born New Zealand actress Anna Paquin.

The couple got engaged in August 2009. They had been dating since the pilot episode of their show True Blood was filmed in 2007.
On August 21, 2010, the couple married at a private residence in Malibu, California. Moyer and Paquin are the parents of fraternal twins Charlie and Poppy. The family lives in Venice, California.

Stephen Moyer is best known as vampire Bill Compton in the HBO series True Blood. His first television role was in 1993 as Philip Masefield in the TV adaptation of the play Conjugal Rites, written by actor/playwright Roger Hall.
In 1997, Moyer made his big-screen debut landing the lead role in the film adaptation of the long-running comic strip Prince Valiant by Hal Foster, working alongside Ron Perlman and Katherine Heigl. From 2017 to 2019, he starred as Reed Strucker, the lead role in the Fox series The Gifted.
