Legendary American actress Sharon Stone Sharon hasn’t had an easy go when it comes to her health. The actress revealed in an Instagram post on November 2022, that she had large fibroid tumours that had to be removed.

Sharon Stone revealed in her March 2021 memoir The Beauty of Living Twice that she has an autoimmune disease and endometriosis, which made pregnancy difficult for her. As a result, she has had nine miscarriages in her life.

According to Variety, Stone had a brain haemorrhage and stroke in 2001. She shared that her recovery was difficult.

“My recovery period was hell, quite frankly,” she says. “I lost 18% of my body mass in nine days. I came out of the hospital looking like teeth on a stick. At that time, they didn’t have stroke recovery programs. Months later, I was really, really struggling.”
Sharon Stone’s physical and mental health gradually improved as a result of time and a “disciplined” lifestyle away from the spotlight.
She quit drinking, changed her diet, started exercising every day, and began meditating. She kept reading and practising memorising lines; the more she worked at it, the better she got.
